Well, this was a perfectly shitastic day on Tumblr. I think it’s time to hiatus again for a good long while or I’ll just end up deleting again. /out
Are there any Couslands out there that don’t marry Alistair and become Queen?
I have yet to see any that stick with the Grey Wardens and I’m curious if I’ve just missed it or if no one takes that route
99% of my Couslands have NEVER done the queen ending. I only did it once to see Dahlia’s wedding mod. I LOVE the Warden ending the best.
The reason you dont see it much because theres a hardcore group who have bullied people for choosing that.
My Cousland’s always been more of a Bann Teagan gal and chooses to live a quiet life away from court. Usually (and that’s just one of many AUs). Being a GW could still be a part of that, but she doesn’t stay one for long.
I agree with lifeisacollage40, though. It’s intimidating to really put a Lady Cousland and their choices out there when they get so much unwarranted hatred. It’s easy to ignore an insult or block the user/s perpetuating that behavior, but the more vicious sort of harassment that goes beyond that? Not so much.
My only completed Cousland did marry Alistair, but it was a chaste, political marriage. (I headcanon that there was no reason to consummate, with no possibility of issue.)
My second Cousland was made for the express purpose of getting the pretty wedding, but the fandom vitriol toward that ending played a large part in her playthrough being abandoned. After receiving death threats for a crack Queen Amell, Maker knows I don’t want to deal with the reaction to a Queen Cousland.
I’d liveblog my Morrowind gameplay, but that consists mostly of walking, picking flowers and alchemy. And alphabetizing and rotating books.

Wait, what? It’s not a fail!mod, it’s just bad original modeling.
It’s fail if all people see are flaws. There’s a reason I float teasers of the little things I do on Tumblr… y’all are my perspective check, because after I’ve stared at something for a couple of days, I don’t have any.
I have just been getting into Morrowind again.
Half of Planet Elder Scrolls is broken, ElricM is utterly gone. And I see the change to the nexus sites was unkind to the old morrowind mods.
Don’t get me wrong, I got most of the mods I was looking for, or found a few newly created mods that acted as a substitute, but I’m saddened that so much seems to have disappeared in the last couple of years.
A lot of those older MW mods are archived at Morrowind Modding History. *gazes adoringly at awesome Fliggerty* And if something you need isn’t there, it’s always good to post in the Mod Detectives thread at the Bethboards; someone might have it squirreled away.
