The simplest way to put penis in your game is 

Natural Bodies all in one by Altorian (AKA NBaio, or, as it is fondly referred to here at kinlochhold, Easy Peen). Collects most (but not all) of the DAO nude body replacers and textures into one package, with a per race/per sex configuration. Requires DAO-Modmanager by Altorian.

Most of the content from the following is included in NBaio:

Natural Bodies by NewByPower. Both manual and DAO-Modmanager configurable override versions available.

Realistic look by adriangi, home of the always popular Theseus Male Body. Manual installation. (Some of the nicer female textures are not included in NBaio.)

Muscular Human Male Body by Gray. Manual installation. Actually has peens labeled ‘Huge’ and ‘Big’. It’s fun to toss one of those on Alistair for the Sacred Ashes fire walk. (Or so I’ve heard. *shifty eyes*)

Not included in NBaio:

Rainshocks Male Bodies by Rainshock. Requires DAO-Modmanager (configurable override). I like this one a lot, but there are a lot of issues with custom armours and clipping. (Mostly the floating forearm thing when gauntlets/gloves aren’t worn.) Has a glowing body tattoo version that makes me giggle.

For super-picky customization, there’s 

Nude Variety v4 Custom Bodies for All by Oblivion_gallo.  I have a love-fiery burning hate relationship with this thing. On the one hand it lets you customize individual PCs and all companions (so, say, your f!Amell HF can have a different body than your f!Cousland, or a m!Cousland can have different body than Alistair, or Wynne and Morrigan and Leliana can each wear different undies while your female PC is sans smallclothes). On the other hand it’s a nightmare to set up (requires downloading and installing a separate config tool), and it will break quests. Let me repeat, IT WILL BREAK QUESTS! You have been warned!

For those times when nekkid just doesn’t cut it:

underwear pants by tmp7704 + FFZero’s texture override (Hairy chest leather pants Alistair!)



I sometimes use the black trunks from the  Pretty in Pink project, but I don’t love them. My favorite female underwear replacer is Improved Underwear by Dracomies. Not that anyone asked…
